Welcome back, Health Investor!
As I record this intro, I’m currently “sheltering in place” during the coronavirus pandemic. I’m sure you are, as well! Wherever you are, I hope this episode finds you healthy and safe.
I don’t remember exactly how I found Jamie Hernandez’s Instagram page, but once I did I was super impressed and intrigued.
Jamie is currently on an incredible weight loss journey; to date, she’s lost about 100 pounds! And, the really cool part about it is that she’s done so by figuring out what works for HER body, rather than following some prescriptive diet.
As you can imagine, losing 100 pounds is no easy feat. Jamie has gained so much wisdom throughout the process, which is why I wanted to have her on the podcast!
If you’re currently working on losing weight, you’re gonna LOVE the insights she shares.
