Not only is she a teacher (and I was a teacher for 12 years), we both graduated from the same nutrition coaching program: the Institute of Transformational Nutrition.
Also, we’re both VERY anti- fad diets and one-size-fits-all approaches. Every person’s body is different and every person’s lifestyle is different. Therefore, every person’s approach to nutrition, health, and overall wellness should be unique!
Sure, some general principles apply to all, but nuance and individuality are both key! And fad diets don’t take either into consideration.
