INTRO TO EPISODE:
Welcome back, Health Investor!
It’s time to learn more tips, tricks ‘n habits for sustaining a healthy diet & lifestyle!
My guest today is Diana Christadore; she and I share sooooo many similarities.
Not only is she a teacher (and I was a teacher for 12 years), we both graduated from the same nutrition coaching program: the Institute of Transformational Nutrition.
Also, we’re both VERY anti- fad diets and one-size-fits-all approaches. Every person’s body is different and every person’s lifestyle is different. Therefore, every person’s approach to nutrition, health, and overall wellness should be unique!
Sure, some general principles apply to all, but nuance and individuality are both key! And fad diets don’t take either into consideration.
Basically, what I’m trying to say is—I can’t wait for you to hear from Diana!
Quickly, I want to share Kim4puch’s 5-star Apple Podcast review—because your reviews are my favorite!
So Good! Can’t wait until next episode! Very informative in a simple, easy-to-understand format.
As you know by now, “simple” and “easy-to-understand” are two of my favorite terms—so thanks for saying that, Kim!
Alright, without further ado, let’s dive right into Diana and my convo about nutrition, dieting, and more!
