The DEETS of My 8- and 12-Week Programs:

We’ll chat once a week (first call = 90 min; all others = 50 min)

  • If you wish, you may purchase additional calls during your program and/or after it ends. Additional calls are prorated based on your initial program price ($112 for 8-week program; $90 for 12-week program).

After each call, I’ll send you a detailed email of resources that’ll make your life easier (like simple meal plans, equipment-free exercises you can do while watching Netflix, grocery lists, quick meditation guides, etc.)…cause that’s what I’m here for!

    • You’ll tell me alllll of your current struggles + the things you want my help with.

STEP 2

THE GOAL: To determine research-based, sustainable, personalized, holistic habits/practices that’ll work for YOU.

THE PLAN:

    • Based on your current struggles and goals, I’ll make recommendations for new habits/practices relating to:
      • Nutrition
      • Sleep
      • Stress
      • Mindset
      • Movement
      • …and more!
    • Together, we’ll figure out what works for YOU, taking into account your likes/dislikes, grocery shopping preferences, time constraints, family structure, etc.
    • My job is not to overhaul your lifestyle or make your life more stressful/difficult. My job is to work with you and support you on your journey to get healthy for good!

STEP 3

THE GOAL: To implement the new habits/practices that’ll help you get healthy for good—without the BS!

    • At this point, I become your biggest cheerleader!
